The CPU benchmarks aren't performed correctly and give wrong results.

I've got an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000 and use cpufrequtils to set the CPU frequency on demand. So the CPU cores are usually running at 1000 MHz and only if needed at the maximum of 3000 MHz which is working pretty well. When performing the HardInfo benchmarks the CPU is only tested at 1000 MHz instead of its full speed of 3000 MHz. So the results of the CPU benchmarks are far too low and don't reflect the full performance of the CPU.

This is a known bug. If you're using cpufreq with the ondemand governor, then the tests will be performed at 3GHz on your machine, as they're quite CPU intensive and the governor will automatically pump out more juice to the CPU.

However, HardInfo only measures the CPU speed once, and that's the speed it displays on the benchmark window.

Well, I'm using the ondemand governor. Somehow I thought I had seen that the test are performed at only 1 GHz. I tried it again and HardInfo and cpufreq-info now show that the tests are indeed performed at 3 GHz. I guess this bug can be closed as invalid.
